Naturopathic Doctor

Throughout her life, naturopathic medicine has played a defining role in Jess' health journey. After being diagnosed with PCOS as a teenager, she experienced firsthand how transformative integrative care could be and how powerful it felt to be truly seen by a healthcare provider.
Dr. Jess completed an Honours degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology before earning her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Ontario. Drawn to reproductive health from the very beginning, she sought out every opportunity to deepen her expertise and was selected to complete additional training in hormonal health and fertility in her internship year.
Over the years, Jess noticed significant gaps in public knowledge about reproductive and sexual health. Gaps that often leave people feeling confused, unsupported, or ashamed. As a queer, sex-positive, and shame-free practitioner, this realization fueled her passion for research and education, inspiring her to share evidence-informed, inclusive information about menstrual cycles, vaginal health, hormones, sexual wellness, and all the topics we should’ve learned but never did.
In her clinical practice, Dr. Jess takes an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, integrating research, clinical experience, and individual goals and values. She prioritizes in-depth history taking, targeted lab testing, and root-cause assessment to offer comprehensive, individualized and integrative treatment. Her practice is dedicated to reproductive and hormonal health, allowing her to provide focused, up-to-date, and highly specialized care.
After building a busy practice in Toronto, Dr. Jess is now dual licensed and excited to bring this support to folks in BC.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Jess loves to travel, dance, hike, and explore new cuisines wherever she goes. She also loves to host wellness events for her patients and the greater community. She's the creator of Sapphic Wellness and co-creator of The PCOS Circle, both focused on community, empowerment and wellness.
