Osteopathy
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that treats the body as one connected system. At The Den Wellness Collective in Vancouver, our osteopathic practitioners assess how your muscles, joints, fascia, and nervous system work together, then use precise techniques to restore movement, ease tension, and support your body's natural ability to heal.
What can Osteopathy help with?
Osteopathy can help with back and neck pain, headaches and migraines, jaw tension, joint stiffness, sports injuries, posture-related strain, and digestive discomfort. By addressing the root cause rather than just the symptoms, it supports lasting relief, improved mobility, and a calmer, more regulated nervous system.
What to expect
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your health history and goals, followed by a movement assessment. Treatment is hands-on and gentle, using techniques such as soft tissue release, joint mobilization, and craniosacral therapy. Wear comfortable clothing. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour appointments.
