Mariangianine believes that movement and understanding our bodies play an important role in our overall well-being. Developing awareness of how we move, where we hold tension, and how our bodies respond to stress and activity can help us feel more connected, confident, and reduce the risk of injury in our everyday lives. This belief is at the heart of her approach to massage therapy.

Being heavily involved with team sports from a young age fueled her passion to complete a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from York University, and later graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Mariangianine takes a personalized and movement-focused approach to treatment. She works with a wide range of clients and concerns, including repetitive strain and overuse injuries, acute and chronic pain, headaches, prenatal, sport-related concerns, and stress-related tension. Adapting each treatment to the individual, focusing on what will be most effective for their body, goals, and needs.

Mariangianine believes an effective treatment can also be an enjoyable one. She strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where clients can feel at ease while still getting the most out of their time on the table. With her background, she enjoys incorporating manual therapy with movement, education, and practical strategies that clients can carry into their everyday lives.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys running, strength training, yoga, and finding any excuse to spend time outside. Staying active is an important part of her own life, and she understands firsthand how much feeling good in your body can influence how you experience everything else.

Mariangianine’s goal is to help people make their movement matter, supporting them in feeling confident in their bodies and giving them the tools and awareness needed to enhance their well-being.
