In a world that often demands conformity, many of us grow up learning to play small, mask, or stay silent to survive. You may have learned to adapt, excel, and perform—yet still feel disconnected from your most authentic self. Maybe you carry the weight of expectations to be productive, palatable, or useful, even when your heart longs for peace, honesty, and connection.
When that inner voice is ignored—whether by necessity or survival—life can become noisy with distraction, disconnection, or distress. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, or identity loss, especially when faced with overwhelming life events. In these moments, you might realize it’s time to ask for support.
Together, we co-create a space where all of you is welcome. My approach is collaborative, identity-affirming, and rooted in deep listening. I believe each person is inherently whole, shaped by layered life experiences—including race, gender, sexuality, culture, and community. Through our work, we’ll explore patterns and build self-awareness, so you can move with greater clarity, choice, and intention. Healing doesn’t always come in grand gestures—sometimes it starts with one small, powerful step.
I live the values I bring to my work. My practice is trauma-informed, intersectional, and attuned to the dynamics of power, oppression, and resilience. I understand the impact of racism, colonization, homophobia, transphobia, and cultural displacement. I recognize how navigating life as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, or from a non-monogamous or collective-rooted background can create unique challenges—and strengths. I don’t pathologize these differences. I honour them.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. You deserve support that sees you, hears you, and affirms the fullness of who you are.

I have always been drawn to Orcas! They are the most majestic, powerful, matriarchal creatures to live on this earth! I'm pretty sure I was one in another life time.

No, I had no plan in my life to become a therapist, I was just following the bread crumbs of my life and it lead me here.

I often go through phases with songs as my mood dictates what I will listen too. But one song that I have consistently gone back to since I discovered it is Shante Ishta by Mose, Suyana
